Stuff I make
I'm not sure were i should put this topic, since the sim games that are involved are all (1, 2 and 3), so if i put the topic in the wrong place, move it.

So, here goes the deal, this is my blog:

http://thesimslounge.blogspot.com/

As you can see, it's very incomplete (No Sims 1 section, only Buy/Build mode section for Sims 3) and in portuguese, also it's in reconstruction, and as soon i finish it, i will launch a re-inauguration set with:

Sims 3:

-Something for CAS (Done: Coffee Shop Uniforms)
-Small Set (Almost Finished: Massage Table and Spa Shop)
-A House or Community lot (Done: Rustic Lodge Style House near the lake)

And here goes the major problem, i can't get any idea from my head, so, could i ask you to help me while i majorly rebuild the whole blog, please?

RE: My Big Blank
Well, I have some ideas for the TS3 parts.

The couple of times I've put out some recolours of male clothings for TS3, I've had great comments on them because there isn't a lot out there for the guys in our game. So that would be my suggestions for the CAS bit. :)

As for houses, the general feeling I get is that folks like fairly unfurnished homes to move their sims into. Even if they're furnished, if you can use no-CC or as little CC as possible, downloaders are generally happier with them, I think. Those of us who can't build and want homes pre-made still usually want to personalize them to their tastes or their sims' needs. :)

And maybe for the "small set", I'd do a nice room set - like say, a dining room or living room recolor or something. Maybe even include some of the build items to match, like doors or arches, what-have-you. (I'm assuming you mean recolours, don't know if you mesh or not. ;) ) OR - if you're into making patterns, and nice pattern set would be cool. :D

RE: My Big Blank
I would put things that are still missing in the community into the small sets, like a "normal" coffee machine, like what they had in TS2. Some TS2 conversions.

About housing, build on small lots. There is nothing more heart-breaking than finding that perfect house, but then finding out you can't place it in your town because there is no spaces. And I don't mean 10x10 lots, just not tiny cottage in a 64x64 lot :D

RE: My Big Blank
I agree with both Webby and ani_ , if you can mesh Dunno - then ani_ makes a valid point about conversions, but you need to be aware of what's already out there - or you'll be wasting your time unless you're incredibly good at it.

RE: My Big Blank
Webby, yes i can mesh, a Living/Dinign set doesn't sound bad, the idea of a farly finished house is great (unless you want to give it a theme) so i might be in this update, now about CAS, yes, i also think that there are more stuff for the ladies than for the guys, so maybe might make two or three male outfits.

ani_, TS2 conversions are also a great start for a re-opening update, and thanks for tip me about the lot for the house, i don't want to use a big lot for a house.

Lily, I'll keep an eye on converted content.

RE: My Big Blank
Well, i managed to think of something that is going to be in the re-launch update:

For the Sims 3 CAS Section, a Coffee Shop Uniform, here for males, but i'm also thinking to make another one for Females.

What do you think?
