RE: Tiny details
Sigh Oh, too many cute details! Heart

I like that when you make a sim start flirting with another one, the sim often gets the wish of knowing a pair of traits of the other sim. It's like if she/he wants to know him/her better. What I thought it was cute before, was the "have a date with.." wish. But know I see my sim couples get it too often, and I don't like it. Dunno It's like, wanting to go out sometimes is great, but they should know that it's weird going to the cinema, then to the restaurant everyday.

RE: Tiny details
I've just died of cuteness overload once again. Sigh

I've just checked the Lanoix family, and found already totally cute that Valérie, the little girl, was visiting the pet shop with Chaussette, the family dog. I melted a bit more when she decided to cuddle her doggy. Then, I saw her twin brother was all upset (orange icon, while all his needs were green) because he got a bad grade at school (and their mother is professor in high-school, so she wants good grades!). And Valérie had the wish that Paul, her twin brother, would get better grades. How CUTE is that? Heart

I soooo love this game. I love all those little tidbits that give a real personality to the Sims. How couldn't you love them, then? Sigh

Edit to add a picture of Valérie and Chaussette.

RE: Tiny details
I don't know if it happens in TS3 (my Sims don't seem to get many visitors at all in TS3, actually!) but I love it when a couple will come and visit a friend or relative's house together. It's very sweet and realistic!

Another TS2 one but when my Sims start dating someone new, I usually have them bring their new partner around to their parents' house to introduce them. I really love it when the parents then roll the want to be friends with their potential son or daughter-in-law!

For TS3, how about every single thing all the pets do, lol? Okay, to narrow it down, I love the hug Sims do with their big dogs. It's gorgeous!

As much as I tend to play the YA/A stages most often, I have to say that those toddlers are precious! Pickin' their nose, playing inside the toybox, shaking or bashing their milk bottles around, eating that Daddy doll's head off when they play with the dollhouse - and peek-a-boo!

I've also always appreciated the range of facial expressions all the sims have. Young or old, you can always find a doozy to show off! Never fails to make me chuckle!

When I was younger and played TS1, it confused me at first and I didn't understand where the sound was coming from and thought maybe I was loosing my mind or some wierd creature like the Sad Clown was roaming around going unnoticed.

My goodness, I totally forgot about this detail! I LOVED it, too! It just cracks me up! I remember seeing a mod to get rid of the noise and I remember thinking "why would anyone EVER want to get rid of that?!" lol

That is precious! Sadly I don't have any clumsy sims at the moment, hopefully I'll get to see this some day!

I love the wave as well. Every so often my sim Jay will come into a room and wave at his kids and smile. It's the smile that gets me every time. Sigh

I also love the toddlers actions, so many of them are just so sweet! Including the biting off the dad doll's head. lol And also, I love when kids and toddlers play peekaboo, and when the kid says boo, the toddler always jerks back and looks shocked! And toddlers in the toy box... I think I just love toddlers, and here I thought I was sick of them! ETA: One more, Chuckle once toddlers learn to talk, the "chat" action is absolutely precious. I love how the parent bounces them and smiles while they just babble on and on. I swear I have a few dozen screen shots of this action alone!

Another thing I think is great is watching kids do homework. They make the best faces, sometimes they look kind of excited, and then suddenly they'll frown and then pout, and their shoulders sag and they look to the side as if defeated. It makes me feel bad for them, but it's so funny because it is just how it feels to be stumped!
