What's happened in your game for the very first time, that you have never experienced before?

You may have seen it in other peoples games, but not your own.... or it may be brand new to everyone - it could even be the effect of a mod, and not original gameplay.

I'll start us off ... my sim Iqbal Alvi has been offered a free 2 day vacation.



I've genuinely never had this happen in my game before. Have you?

Yep, had that only the other day (funnily enough, it was also for Iqbal ). I only ever did it once, the teens threw a party, the neighbours called the police, Mother comes home early and grounds teens for two days

I have, yes.

In my old legacy. And then mom and dad got stuck wherever the hell they were and my save got corrupted and I lost the entire thing.

ETA : You don't have to do anything, Lily. They'll leave on their own.

Yep! I've had those several times. It's a GEN feature. You really don't play that often, do you?

I've never had a meteor attack...until I did and it killed a sim. It happened awhile ago and I've already posted the pictures, but...











ETA: Maybe you can have Iqbal's kids throw a raging party to make up for your boredom.

Yes, I've had that but have only accepted it once (just don't trust EA to not muck it up now). It was just after Generations came out. Seti Moussa and his wife Veronica went and the kids behaved like angels...really.

If I like the teens, and want to concentrate on them, then I always start waiting for that free vacation. Only once I said no to it. It's fun getting some alone time with just the kids.

Two weeks ago, one of my elders was in the park with his maybe future romantic interest, they were sitting on a bench, and he was able to do a move on her. And he did the very cliché yawn and put hand on shoulder thing. Never seen it before.

Oh, I read about that! I've seen that interaction, but I've never had it perform successfully. It almost always ended up in rejection.

One thing that I've never really noticed before is that female sims have cleavage. As in, top-down cleavage. I was looking at an overview of my lot when I noticed that one of my sims in a particularly low-cut dress had the cleavage, and I was like "Whut?! They put that level of detail into the game? Man, that's kind of pervy."

I even have a picture of it, but I'm not sure it's appropriate.
