This was one of the first Sims 3 things that made me really happy because it used to do my head in when they didn't in TS2!

I think as soon as there's somebody pregnant, when you look at the stats in MC there is a pregnant Sim listed. At least that's how it works for me. I have the sound off most of the time so I don't hear the chimes. So I have to check the stats - I use a longer pregnancy mod, so chances are they won't show until long after I've switched to somebody else.

Causes for nausea moodlet are: spoiled food, vegetarians eating meat, pregnancy, eating mummy snacks or plasma fruit (if you're not a mummy or a vampire). Also drinking nectar made with plasma fruit if you're not a vampire. A floor hygienator can randomly make a Sim nauseous, too.
Sims don't get a nausea moodlet when there's a mess in the room, but neat Sims do retch and sometimes even vomit when their surroundings are dirty.

RE: Did You Know?
I usually use MC on the sim and the selection is there for 'baby' if the sim is pregnant (to choose gender, etc)
That's only way I know.

RE: Did You Know?
Also under MC - Status - Relationship. It will tell you if the Sim is pregnant, how far she's progressed and the gender of the baby.

RE: Did You Know?
Do you ever have a lot that installs sunken into the ground or sticking up out of the ground?

Try this It doesn't always work perfectly but it will either get you closer or make the lot exactly level. Delete the lot, go back to edit world, and bring up the cheat window. Enter SetImportedTerrainOffset # (where # is either -1, -2, -3, 0, 1, 2, 3 depending on how high or low the lot needs to go)

When you walk over it, you get clean. Unless it back-fires and you get dirty, or got some other bad effect, don't remember any more.
